INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION

All players need to be registered with The Australian Oztag Sports Association to be able to play Oztag.  

Any player without an INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION NUMBER MUST fill out the required paper work and be issued with a number. 

This seven digit number on this card is your Individual Registration Number for the remainder of your Oztag playing days.  

This individual registration number is to be recorded on your team registration form.
